Guidelines for Students & Campus Ethics
Campus Discipline
VDCIMR maintains a high standard of professional ethics. Students are expected to uphold the dignity of the institution at all times.
Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student involved will face immediate disciplinary action as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
The student must observe and strictly follow the disciplinary rules and regulations of the Institute.
Any act of indiscipline or misbehavior will attract strict disciplinary action.
Students shall use dust bins for disposing waste materials to keep the campus clean and free from plastic.
Any criminal activity or violation of law and order will be reported to the police.
Every student must carry their college ID card daily and present it when required.
Identity Card must be shown while issuing books.
Students must cooperate with classmates and teachers in academic and developmental activities.
Students are expected to wear college uniform as per schedule.
Students should maintain a decent dress code on casual days.
Mobile phones must be switched off in classrooms, library, and during events.
Students must attend all lectures regularly.
Note: The Institute Management reserves the right to amend these rules as and when necessary for the betterment of academic standards and discipline.
